Payment
Full payment is due at drop-off for all alterations, repairs, and custom work.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. Each garment is given the time and attention it deserves.
Rush Service
Rush service may be available upon request and is quoted in advance.
Appointments
Appointments are recommended for fittings and consultations. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
Storage & Unclaimed Items
Completed garments should be picked up within 30 days of notification. After this period, a storage fee may apply. Items left unclaimed for 90 days may be donated or otherwise disposed of.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Reasonable adjustments are included if needed.

Our work focuses on balance. We refine the fit in a way that preserves the line and character of the gown, while improving comfort, support, and ease of movement.
Each decision is made carefully, with attention to both the garment and how it will be worn.
Process
We recommend beginning alterations 6–8 weeks before your event.
Appointments are structured to be efficient and focused, while allowing time for adjustments to be made properly.
We work with both early-stage fittings and last adjustments before the event.
