Atelier Couture is a tailoring studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, serving clients across New York City. Each garment is handled individually by our specialist — with attention to silhouette, proportion, and how the piece moves.
For complex fabrics such as pleated, beaded, and heavily structured garments, our tailors handle alterations that demand a deep knowledge of construction and fabric behavior — a level of work that requires both technical expertise and a refined eye.

- Emergency Rush (Immediate Service): $55 or 100% of total
- 24h Rush (Under $50): $55

- Standard Rush 48h+ (Up to $49): $25
- Standard Rush 48h+ ($50–$100): $35
- Standard Rush 48h+ ($100–$300): $55

Payment
Full payment is due at drop-off for all alterations, repairs, and custom work.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days. Each garment is given the time and attention it deserves.
Rush Service
Rush service may be available upon request and is quoted in advance.
Appointments
Appointments are recommended for fittings and consultations. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
Storage & Unclaimed Items
Completed garments should be picked up within 30 days of notification. After this period, a storage fee may apply. Items left unclaimed for 90 days may be donated or otherwise disposed of.
Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Reasonable adjustments are included if needed.

Our specialist guides each client through the process — offering advice and honest recommendations, while always respecting and working toward the client’s vision for the piece.
Process
We recommend bringing dresses in as early as possible before any event or deadline. Appointments are structured to be efficient and focused, while allowing the time needed for adjustments to be made properly. We work with both new garments requiring fit refinement and existing pieces in need of alteration.
